yes i have gone through the carbs the all the same as stock and I've drained the tank so i don't think I'm having a fuel problem and like i said i removed the emissions so i don't think i have any vacuum leaks altho thats what it feels like while ridding the bike

Vacuum leaks dont glow in the dark. I would take out all of the lines one by one, filled them up with any liquid and squeeze them to see if any leaks.
Did you also play with the needle position?

Put a manual fuel shutoff on that should take care of the vac lines.that's what I did.I don't have any vac lines.no vac lines .no vac problems.

"Bogging out" is usually an indication of being too lean...

Like others said, possible vacuum leak or a bad petcock allowing gas through the vacuum line directly to the engine. Check your vacuum line from the fuel petcock to the intake.
With clear lines, you can actually see if there is gas going straight into the intake..
