Haha That thing is looking pretty cool! Are you using the 49cc 139qmb for the engine? A whole BBK kit can be had on ebay for $55... you can get a BBK cylinder and use the stock head for $30 from a vendor here. Valley scooters I think? Some CVT tuning can go a long way for very cheap... Sorry, idk much about porting and polishing the qmb's

port and polish will give u better throttle response and maybe a little top end but with a stock bore very minimal gains but comebind with some cvt tuneing like niz76 said you can probably get a gain of 5 to 10 tops mph

Great story and build. I even like the "Clank Green", but not sure about that pink top.... Can't wait to read about the finished project.

Hopefully,I will have some video of the maiden journey.I can't believe how lazy I have gotten since last summer. I'm telling you guys, Eat right, quit eating at the fast food places so much. You are never the same after they open you up. OK, time to quit complaining. It's time to put on some hoses and change some fluids.

So as I said before I am broke only able to put about 30-40 dollars every couple of weeks. Some times less. Now I was all excited to get her cranked up. Had the lines and fluids changed. whet to start. Then no start. I did not have to look far the vacuum fuel pump not pumping! Now it's a new pay day. Now i get to order some parts. Just to give you a kind of look at what I have left. Here is my to do list.Needs battery, tie rod ends inner and outer, fuel pump, fiber glass resin and hardener, dual cable brake leaver, front brake cables, Still quit the list just to get it to scooter level. But I am still moving forward.
