Did you make that silencer Ryan? With an o-ring connector too? It's a badazz pipe man. Can appreciate all the work you put into it.

Here you go:
It's wet out but I took it for a quick spin. Needs carb tuning but pulls from 9200 to about 12,800. Might be more I didn't go that fast. Impressive it pulls that rpm with 5.25grams. Go heavy to see where it pulls then tune. I'll get a riding video soon.
I shouldn't of bothered making a silencer, it's loud.

Ya that's crazy- in the videos it doesn't even seem that much louder without a silencer. But now it has a mean throaty sound to it. Hard to describe, just sounds... mean.

Just went for the quick spin earlier. It's been wet all weekend and busy with family stuff so when time allows I'll tune it. Even with the tune being off I'm impressed with it so far. Wider powerband then the MHR was. Pulls pretty aggressively. I liked this one so much I signed it and numbered it. It's #5. Its on the strap between the stinger and baffle cone.

Pipe sounds fantastic! Doesn't seem to be louder then any other 2T pipe in its class. Kinda looks like my City 16 pipe with all those little cones near the center stand area.

Man I missed the whole pipe building part! Awesome job man! You have a cone roller and all.
A soldered pipe looks so cool. Make sure to put the specs in the tech section!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Maybe one day I'll be a top tuner. I've got it set for a run when time allows. Spent some time yesterday adjusting variator and swapping clutch springs, I love tight clutch springs. I did find an easy way finally. I used a lag and secured it to my bench. Easy to stretch those springs into place now. I'm going to try an air box setup with the Keihin PWK 28 and see how it runs. Once Im sure the pipe works well I'll submit the specs but I think all should be good. I'm digging the sound though. Kind of raspy, I'm sure the neighbors will like it. I wanted to add that without the great tips from 190mech in the tech section I would of never thought pipes could be made with simple hand tools. John has been a great inspiration to making these pipes and he deserves some credit here. Thanks John!

I'm also going to try and figure out an Air box for mine. Try and kill some of the intake noise
