Just picked myself up a Keeway Matrix from a nice Amish man in Lancaster go figure. It's all stock now no mods except for a leaking oil pump. I removed my alarm and rear fender as soon as I got it home. I'm thinking of doing a liquid cooled setup this time around with a 21 dell and I'll build a pipe for it. I'll keep everyone posted. Look how high this guy can get it up... No laughing

I'd stick with a 19mm dell...Nice scooter...When did the Amish upgrade from a horse to a scooter?

So I'm debating between a Stage6 MKII 70cc or going back to Taiwan with a autotech 90cc+ cylinder. Either would be the liquid cooled versions. I like the torque of the larger bore cylinders but would the Stage6 cylinder compare is streetability driving. I'm sure you could get more power from the Stage6. Both are around the same cost. I'm not looking for crazy top speed more of bottom end red light to red light quickness.

So it's either a high RPM screamer- or a low end grunter. Haha. I've often wondered myself which would be the better choice... I personally like the low end grunter 90cc's, but I know you already have one of those...

There both fun and streetable setups.

I've never been a fan of stage6 stuff. Not for every day street use anyway.I just don't see the quality there. I would think you should be able to tune the autotech much easier and cheaper to suite your needs. They seem to be very tough and tunable.

Thanks for the opinions, I was kind of leaning toward the autotech cylinder. I've had many in the past and they have treated me well. This time around I'm thinking of using a dell carb anyone know of a good source stateside. Are the ones on ebay of same quality or better to just go with genuine dell?

What do you plan on doing with that exhaust?

I'll improve on my last pipe and build another. It's just the stock smog pipe on their now I don't plan on using that for anything but cutting the flange off of it..

If I already had a big motor setup I'd do a 70cc screamer. My MKII Race is very streetable. I've been riding 2 up the past few weekends on longer rides up the beach two towns north and back.

I bought a dell clone from ebay been using it for like a year now. I'm happy with it. Although I think the 19mm would have been plenty big enough versus the 21mm. I get all my jets etc from treatland.tv

Still debating cylinder and crank so i wanted to see what I can squeeze out of the stock motor with just under 4k on it. Milled the head on a piece of glass, ported the stock cylinder- opened up the exhaust port to match the pipe. Widened it up. Ditched the air box up jetted carb. Ditched all the smog equipment, but I'm still using the OEM pipe. Added a 1500 contra spring and I was able to get 51 using a GPS app. Stock speedo is only 2mph high, tach is pretty accurate also. I'm pretty impressed with the Keeway Anyone know the variator spline size on malossi over range 6112811? I've been searching but I can't find it. I think it's the 2010 spec I found it for a good price.
