Very nice! Sounds like a hot setup! I wonder which you'll enjoy more in the end- the 100cc grunter, or the 77cc screamer? I've actually never drove anything under 90cc. Every Triton I've had either was already 90 or I tore them down and rebuilt to 103. I've always had torque. This one was the first 50 i drove more then around the block and I couldn't drive it like that. Too slow. I figure if I'm going small cc I should go with a decent setup, this one claims low to mid 20hp range. I'll have my parts in the next few days so I can start the build.

Nice, I've been thinking about a similar setup. You can use a mechanical pump with an inner rotor. My concern with an electric pump is having enough juice to run the lights and pump. A few of the guys have switched to LEDs to keep the draw down enough that the lights weren't draining the battery.

That's what I ment with the inner rotor and electric pump, your limited to 60watts. Cutting it close if you went electric, plus what if it failed while out- toast your expensive cylinder. I like the look if the mechanical pumps anyway!

I was going to run a mechanical pump as well but my buddies in Canada, who have a huge tuning scene up there and are running 77's, 86's, 2Fast and big Polini's, tell me that the mechanical pumps will fail at the rpm's these motors run at. If you're getting the MVT DD then you'll be okay with an electric pump and a battery tender at night. Or switch to all LED's and you wont even need the battery tender. MVT and all LED's is what I'll be running.

The 77 can be used with a standard 12 mm crank. The best place to buy the 77 is SIP Scootershop. Except they don't ship to the US I ordered from sip scootershop and they delivered my gear up kit for my scooter which out in an issues. Unless it was you that sent it for me and I didn't know it haha.

That's not the same pipe, the one you linked to is the 50cc pipe. I like the description that says it has a "performance sound"
