Manual has timings as 196/130.5 and 15.5:1 CR man that one high CR!.. hopefully it won't detonate like firecrackers in a jug.

The CR could be adjusted if desired. It comes with a bunch of head and base gaskets.

Got to throwing some chips. Still much more blending to do but the cylinder fits. I guess it is designed to use washers. The studs are a larger diameter then the oem so it locks the cylinder inplace. You can't twist it as you could with a stock or standard performance cylinder. Could be a nice mod to any cylinder.

Looks really good. And I actually like the way you did your radiator. I think most people don't like it there but I think it gives it that race look. Good job.

I can get plenty of blue silcone from work if I go colored.

Any one know the difference in jet numbering between dellorto and keihin. The manual recommends a VHST 28mm with a 140-150 main what would that translate to for a keihin 28mm pwk??

I believe that would be 130-138 Keihin. Not sure if that will directly apply to the carb and jet needed for the different carb.

That's sounds about right I suppose. I was going to start in the low 140's . If you do the carb size x 5 formula it comes out to 140. Thanks Brent

To stuff or not to stuff... I'm going to be using the stage6 intake and it has a 24 and 26mm stuffer should they be used?? Finished product I still need to order an inner rotor ignition what's the differance between the MVT premium and the digital? More adjustment on digital? Would the premium work for me? Looks like tracking says my parts will be here on Monday!!

The digital direct, has more AC output for electrics & has a ignition curve. The premium is static & has less ac output. But both can use the Adjustable CDI for a choice of ignition curves.
The manual is in french and make no sence to me. I got a copy of manualb on the Adjustable CDI, The DD Iggy and the premium Iggy.
I have both. They work awesome. The DD is on a 50cc Polini Evo motor setup. It is never been run, so I can't compare both.
