I usually use a stuffer if it better matches the intake, which it appears that would.

Does anyone have a explanation of which MVT DD fits what scooter? Every website I've come across has one for cpi- keeway or one for zuma. My crank will have the small taper so do I need the one for the zuma Originally my keeway had the large taper.

That's solely dependent on the crank that you get. If you get the small taper crank then of course you get the small taper inner rotor.

Haha, I don't know why I didn't remember. Anyway, it's the MVT-DD06 for the Zuma, which is what you call a small taper.

I got a big box of parts today. Engine is together and went very smooth. I'll leak test tomorrow. I wish I ordered my ignition sooner I'll have it together by the weekend and I can't even start on the stock ignition because I don't have a small taper flywheel. I'll have the overrange assembled tomorrow, I need to get a cutting bit to pull the starter clutch boss off.

I love the look of that MHR silencer. Sexy! You have some nice progress going on there. Wish that I could say the same So what's that tool in the first picture? The one with the red and gold? What are you using to find TDC so that you can set your iggy? Making a piston stop or using a dial indicator?

Don't want to over tighten the cap screws I'll use a dial indicator to set up the iggy.
