Hey Gang, I finished up my build of a GY6 180cc SSP-G power kit. I purchased a few of these kits back over the winter when they were on sale... This is an extremely high quality Taiwanese kit. TPI Bearing, NSK seals and most importantly, it's a b-block (57mm stud spacing). This is a true 180cc without having to bore the case. An a case motor can only be bored out to 65mm before you hit the oil jackets (ports)... This motor is cast at 65mm!!! It can be bored out if one wanted to install a 65 or 67mm BBK!!! Only upgrades I did to it is add an 18 pole stator. This is a high output stator that you very rarely find on a GY6 150cc. I purchased these in bulk, back when they were available so it's what I install on almost all of my builds. Anyhow, enough of my rambling... This is a 6 part video series... The first video only shows what comes in the kit... 2~6 is the actual build. I haven't installed the CVT yet because I don't know if it's going on a scoot with drum or disk brake, or what size axle shaft I will be using. So, when the motor gets sold, I'll let the buyer pick-out what style of CVT setup they want and using their shaft and then I'll finish the setup and do a start up video. I hope this helps people. When I was learning how to wrench on scoots, I found a lot of helpful videos by 49cc scoot, I guess this is my chance to contribute to the scooter community right back!

The video I posted is part of a Playlist. I didn't realize it was going to publish only the first video. I assumed it would play the entire list. I'll go ahead and include the playlist, video by video and then by all means, move it to where it's supposed to be.
