Thanks to 190mech for sharing this trick with me. It was easier than expected. I punched a small hole, then screwed the small machine screw in. After a couple of turns the screw started hitting the metal center of the crank bearing and pushed the seal right out. There was really no effort, no marks on the bearing, nothing. ;D
