You get different ones stock. Over the years I have seen scooters with 6 gram stock, 7, 7.5 all the way to 8.5's stock. Never seen 5 gram stock. Like I said before. I tried and settled on 4.5's (sliders) in a stock 50cc. I lived up a long hill. I weigh 225-230-ish. My scooter climbed the hill at around 20 mph steady which is slow but it was a lot better than the 13-15 I was getting with the 7 grammers I had in there stock. It took off better on flat ground too but like I said I lost a few MPH on the top end but for me the trade off was worth it due to that damn hill every day. The other trade off is that with the engine revving higher all the time you lose some fuel economy but again, it was worth it. Cheap scale: www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result?q=digital+scale

Where is a good place to buy sliders I seen dogs also looking for keihin carb but can't seem to find one just knock offs. Thanks

I have had good luck with partsforscooters. I've bought 2 carbs from them and they we're both right on the money.
