EDIT by 90GTVert : This shows a piston stop for a 14mm spark plug (common in Minarelli/1E40QMB engines). A different adapter and threaded rod or bolt will be necessary for different plug sizes or you may be able to cut the metal portion off of an old plug and make something work.
For this piston stop you will need a anti foul spark plug adapter, available at your auto part store in the help aisle. Also a bolt and nut long enough to extend thru with some material left on both ends. I used 3/8-16 all thread. Drill and tap thru the plug adapter to fit your hardware. Make sure to clean all burrs left behind. This cost about $4-5 to make two.
