Ah. I was looking at the other rules thinking you had to run at least near 11 seconds to be competitive. lol

Oh sure. That thing should be a monster. As long as you enjoy it though, who cares? It should be fun just to run yours and see what everyone else is doing. I'd love to just see the big evo kit in action in person.

They cheated anyway - they didn't make it themselves  I'm just in the middle of repainting my exhaust - gloss enamel

Whaddaya mean they didn't make it themselves? You been casting your own BBKs and machining cranks and not telling us? Or did they have it built and tuned elsewhere? That would be kinda lame for a big scoot shop IMO.

That would be kinda lame for a big scoot shop IMO. They brought it direct from Polini for $5k and had it setup out of house  Shiny One end of the shop The heating 20hr dry time? I don't think so

If it makes you feel better, look at it this way... they just paid $5,000 for a trophy. Hard to call it advertising... I mean unless you mean advertising for Polini. I guess they might have gained more experience tuning that particular kit?
Nice shop. I really like the lighting and the stove. Both should make the shop so much better to work in. A friend had a lot of lights and a lower ceiling like your shop. I enjoyed working in there so much more at night than my garage.

Not sure about experience - they sell some good stuff and get it to you on time but that's where it ends. Technical support is patchy, as most of them haven't worked with the parts. As far as I know the only changes made to the setup since they got it from Polini are a larger carb, and that was done by 50cc Tuning. I love working in the shop - warm, dry and 16 strip lights. There's about 4x more of it behind and above me, for storage mostly. I was rooting through the stuff earlier and found a great big chrome K&N type filter that'll fit my carb

My digital bike speedo was $20 all together and is accurate with a clock, odo, trip odo, ride time, stop watch, and probably something else I'm forgetting.
It prob doesn't look as cool as whatever is on yer scoot though. Have those things got some trick gauges or pretty plain? Pics?

They are some of the nicest gauges I've seen on a scoot, would be much more at home on a car. I'll snap a pic in a mo

Oh wow. Those are sweet. Now I feel dumb for my $20 comment. That's way cooler than I expected. Thanks for the pic. Love that big tach.

I did consider getting a Koso all in one thingy (ya know, fuel, speed, RPM, temp and that sort of thing), but they're twice the price of a new speedo drive and don't look half as good.
