Oh man, whenever a cop asks to search you or your vehicle and you say no that just throws up all kinds of red flags for them. Sure you might just be defending your constitutional right, but more times than not for them it means your hiding something. The first thing I do when I get pulled over is offer to have them search me or my car. I have nothing to hide. Normally they pass.
One funny time though I was in the process of moving and I had all my weapons in my trunk. Numerous hunting rifles and archery equipment. I got pulled over and he asked "do you have any guns, knives, bombs or rocket launchers?" I said today is your lucky sir, I have a whole trunk full of weapons, want to look at them lol. And he did, looked them over to make sure they were safe and we BS'd about hunting for a few minutes and let me on my way. I can't even remember what I got stopped for to be honest.
They normally like honesty, even if its a really stupid answer. I got pulled over when I was a teenager speeding home from school. He asked why I was in such a hurry and I said the honest truth? He said it would be refreshing. I told him I wanted to get him in time to see general hospital because I wanted to see what happened with luke and laura. He laughed, wrote me a ticket or under what I was going and left.

Awesome those stories. Over here its so much different. Your police force really gets respect and they will make you feel sorry when playing games and acting like a smart ass. Over here the only thing they can and will do is write you a fine. No cuffing, no nightsticks no drawn guns no asking if you have BOMBS or weapons of mass destruction in your car A buddy of mine went to Cali for two months this summer. The told me some cops are really intimidating and there is no room for fun. He got really scared a few times... Here in Holland we have these minorities, mostly from Morocco. Those kids are really lawless and they don't give a shit about rules, police and cause only but trouble everywhere. Every single one of them has a (stolen) Runner 180cc and they do wheelies across the sidewalks, ghost riding and when the police try to catch them they just laugh and taunt them. Police in Holland don't get the respect they deserve. Watch this...taunting dutch cops www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsG3TcFJmAUNotice...the car parked on the right...thats a police car. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UDeSO2x2EIHere another one. Some douche on a piaggio zip is playing with an office on a motorcycle. Police gets no respect from those ghetto people.

Yep, they,d get shot and or tazed in a day around here.. We even have cops that will shoot you dead with 7 bullets and claim they thought they pulled their tazer I got pulled over for speeding and charged with a felony that i later beat in court. With allot of help from friends and scooter family. Cops said the scooter was modded. I agreed but said it was all visual. Is it a crime to make it look perdy?

Felony speeding on a scooter? wtf I got a ticket for 120+ once and I didn't even lose my license. The fine was pretty extreme though.
Did he site you for felony reckless operation? You can get that on a bicycle if you are acting crazy enough, like cause an accident and leave or something.
The only time I have ever seen anyone get a felony speeding is for street racing.

I was stopped and told the light on my bicycle wasn't bright enough.... I got pulled over at 6 am on my scooter and asked what was I doing out at this time of day. The cop asked if I had and weapons in the scooter. That one made me chuckle a bit. I got harassed because I was pushing my scooter home down the side walk. Don't get me wrong 99% of cops are great and do a job I would never want to. It's just those special few.....

I was pulled over a few weeks ago. I forgot to turn my lights on. He told me I needed to turn them on, commented on my stretched scoot, told me to have a good night.

It seems alot of the times small town cops aren't bad themselves , thier townships etc. Force them to get anal to drum up fine money to support thier townships etc. While others are just Richard Craniums.

Bad driving record. At the time i was HTV, or "super suspended" so to speak.. Cop didnt like me, never has. Took the only thing he has ever caught me doing almost illegal. He sure drove by my place allot, even sat down the street just sitting like bozo the clown with a big red nose. Ide just walk out to the street and see if he was down there before leaving or choosing what to take, drive, ride etc..?
