It may be fine at lower rpms, but i'm in the 12,500-12,800 rpm range at WOT and its a no go. As for it causing problems to the iggy, i'm not sure. But i'd switch plugs if i were you, there not designed to be used that way.

I guess it does make a difference because there are 2 sources of resistance instead of 1. Thanks for enlightening me.

I think all is good in my scoot world. I've put 20+ miles on it since all the adjustments and it's running perfect. Not sure what fixed it, as I changed multiple things at once. I still can't believe I never noticed I had the wrong plugs, what a noob move that was. Anyways, on my ride to work this morning I was doing 65mph with my feet out on the pegs and no tuck, I'd say it's running alright.... braaaaap braaaap

So you would say the trenching made a difference? Like huge or?

So you would say the trenching made a difference? Like huge or? I'm really not sure how much of a difference it made. I'm running a different top end then I was before I did the trench work. I do know I'm making more power now across the board with S6 MKII compared to the older S6 MKI. Now is that new found power the cylinder, the trench work, or both? I really wish I knew if the trench work was worth the effort, maybe someone else could answer that for us?

I feel that trenching is all part of a better running engine, kinda like bolting a big carb on a V-8 without doing any work on the rough cast intake manifold..Gotta get rid of the flow restrictions that are cast in!Yeah it takes some work, but if the cases are already apart, why not??

Got the tune pretty much dialled in now. My belts getting close to end of its life so I'm not getting full travel anymore. Either way I'm happy with the way it's running, it gets up to speed in a hurry. The temp on the speedo is not connected right now, and just reads that temp all the time. I have a TTO connected right now. Current set up is... S6 MKII Race 70cc a/c Athena 12mm Crank Malossi overrange 19mm dellorto Yasuni C16 V Force 3 reed block with a 4mm spacer Trenched and port matched cases And a little secret sauce hear and there

What combination of rollers and springs did you go with? Rollers are 3.8g for a total of 22.8g Contra is a yellow Malossi Stage6 433 r/t clutch bell My clutch is a Dr.Pulley Hit, but I'm using the Stage6 orange springs ( medium springs ) from the S6 MKII clutch. None of the springs that came with clutch would engage high enough for what I needed. The S6 springs were a real mofo to get on, but gave me the 8000rpm engagement that I was after. I'm also not using any pillow springs currently. The HIT clutch grabs even harder without the pillow spring installed. Best clutch out there IMO www.unionmaterial.com/Instruction%20for%20HIT-V1-mini.pdf
