I posted this up on another site, but figured I should do it here as well. I say this because, this is where I got most of my info to tackle this project, so thanks Ok, So my S6 MKI race ( the one built by Athena ) was due for rings and a hone job. Whilst pulling it apart, bigger plans started running through my head and this happened... I decided I wanted to trench/port match my cases. So some good old JB weld was used to back fill the case haves.

I'll get the go pro out one of these days and post a video. I'm working out some tuning issues right now, but I'll get it dialed in shortly. I bought the wrong plugs and never realized it till tonight. Had a BR9HS in it and it should have been a B9HS. I use a NGK resistor cap. I also bumped the timing up a little more. I find out tomorrow if it worked.

The R in the plug number means that it is a resistor plug meant to reduce interference in electronic equiptment such as radios. It should still work fine.

My cap is a resistor cap and I run a BR8HS plug. It runs fine. Does it cause any problems with the ignition if both are resistors?
