Good gas? Spark? Compression?
You must have all three.

Brand new gas brand new spark plug cdi and coil... don't know anything about compression testing :/ ... it stoped working after it ran out of gas and my friend overflowed the tank ... she then tipped the bike and poured gas out ... she also kept trying to turn it over .. I'm praying to God she didn't mess it up worse or flood anything

I took it to a friend and he got it started and rode it ... but it quit again .. so I replaced all the things I thought it might be . Still won't start .

Check the plug to see if it is wet or dry. The gas may be getting to the carb but it may not be getting to the engine. The float valve may be stuck.

Spark plug.If it is wet,the engine is getting fuel.If it is dry,the fuel is not getting to the engine. Try tapping the carb bowl lightly. This will unstick the float valve if it is stuck.

Would a float bowl stick if it's new?

It dosen't matter if it is new or not. It could still get stuck. Just throwing things out there to check.

A word of advise, get it running before you go putting a bunch of parts on.You should diagnose the problem first.

Only reason I replaced the carburetor was because the screws were stripped so bad that I would never be able to clean it out... I had no choice there ... and the spark plug was not getting spark so it definitely needed replaced

Now that it has a new spark plug and is not starting I'm thinking it's the cdi box or ignition coil .... I've also read that it could be the magneto.... all I know is she won't start and I just paid $300for her so I could get to school
