NGK Iridium spark plug question

Actually I have two, the first being is the gap correctly set from the factory
On this plug ? I was told not to mess with it, secondly I noticed the plug did
Not come with the metal screw on top it's just threads, do I take the other one off the stick plug or do I instal it as is ??

Gap should nit be set on iridiums.
If your cap require the screw put it on if not leave it off.

The gap should be set to appropriate specs from the factory, but it's a good idea to check anyway. DO NOT put any pressure on the iridium tip. Here's how to gap it :
