so the other side , right of the fairing is open as there's no radiator, just hoses. What if I try to find plastic as tall as the radiator in the form of a U and rout it out that way?
So like air comes in from the left, exits back of radiator, goes out to the right .?
PS; I really don't want to cut up the leg shields. If in the end I have to run the engine at this temp and it doesn't damage anything, I'm ok with it.

Wow 2 radiators!! Doesn't it b come too cold in the fall or winter?? I haven't had it built long enough to tell. Max temp I've seen is about 135-140. Fall I will run normal coolant, I just use water and purple ice now.

Yes,That should work,just need at least 2 inches behind the rad for the air to flow thru and make the turn,only drawback is if the air pressure on the other side is greater,no air will flow that way..

Straight through is the best way but anything is better than no air flow.

fixed the hose and yea still maxed out at 248F. Averages at 225f.
I borrowed a heatgun and tested it on the cylinder and it reads 8F lower than the vapor's reading.
