I would have been more specific if I knew whether or not you were running an open filter or something different. Anyway, it should get you close. And of course you already know that that carb is probably dangerously small?

I would think a 21mm-24mm carburetor if it was me.

People go onto forums to help figure stuff out and get ideas and knowledge , I mentioned I already read up on that article and does not give me info I was looking for . I ran s6 pro rep pipe , 19mm dellorto carb and s6 sport mkII and jetted at 110 ran like a top but ceased up and by that article should of been fine so on almost a 1000.00 build I was looking for more input

I would run at least a 28mm keihin 24mm at the smallest with the setup you have described and it will run very good I'm sure!!!

I probably should have said right off the bat that your carb is too small.

Well, where would you get the signal to energize the solenoid? And at what rpm since this is a scooter? I suppose you could figure it how somehow, but I wouldn't know how. Although I imagine you get the signal from the cdi, I really don't know Until you figure that out you have to use a standard pwk.

i would go without powerjet but you can get a blockoff jet to disable the powerjet from treateland.tv i think

Powerjets have no real use on a cvt engine. They rarely go into overrevs which make the powerjet kinda useless. More useful on a bike with gears.
With that 86 TPR and the right pipe (malossi 86 big bore, 2f4r, polini big evo, yasuni c21/30, Jolly moto, Roost etc) you can easily squueze out 20 hp which makes the engine screaming for a 28mm carb.
Yeah 19 is way too small and that s6 pipe is more like a restrictor. Maybe the tailpipe is too narrow and the engine seized because of that...temps getting too high.

I do believe only the 24 comes with a powerjet... Originally every PWK 28mm has a powerjet. Keihin makes the PWK carb and those have a powerjet. But there are TONS of replica PWK's like OKO, Motoforce, stage6 and those don't always have powerjet. Lots of ppl put a 0 jet in the powerjet.
