I'd give them an average rating. They would get a great review, but it takes quite a while to ship. I ordered a drive belt that was in stock on Feb 7. They shipped it on Feb 12. I received in on Feb 14. Exactly one week, which isn't bad at all. I'm just impatient and the 5 days to process annoys me since I could have had it much sooner if they did their part a little faster. I'll probably do business with them again. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I ordered parts from this A Hole. Got nothing, no call back ,no Email. Turns out he lives a few mile from me in Philly. I knock on the Door, some dude come out, as soon as I start asking about my parts. He shuts the door in my face and locks the door... He off the Christmas Card list.

I just realized that an old site I don't like redirects there. When you said a guy's house in Philly it reminded me of Blacktop Motorsport. Went to their site and it redirects to scooterpartsplace. I think I'm done ordering there now.
