This is my 3rd VIP 49cc averaging 1000 miles per month and 10,000 miles per VIP. The cargo box full is about 60 lbs, I'm 280 lbs and wife 120 lbs you do the math:-). I have always used the stock shock & rear tire any thoughts on better.  |

You'll need to know what the dimensions are of the shock from from the center of each mounting hole, and then you can choose a shock. I bought a performance adjustable shock from VT Cycles for my Venus and that thing is a monster. I was 307lbs at my max and with it set on the settings near the stiffest the scooter wouldn't budge when I sat on it.  |
