Well, there is the possibility that when you provide that vin number, they will arrest you for Grand Theft Scooter! (Just kidding) I agree that is a good place to start. It might also be good to get something in writing from the guy that told you that you could just have it. He could explain how it had been abandoned there for three years, etc. This might be good to have in your hip pocket when the time comes to deal with the DMV. It is just a shame it is not a 4T as we all know how much better those are than 2T's. (Ducking and running from the building after hitting "enter") Bill Us 2 stroke guys should admit to the obvious advantage of the 4 strokes: That you don't have to worry about them drying your eyeballs out, because they are so slow Hahaha

Very cool. A bit beat up, but once you know that you can keep it, you can make that thing into a little ripper

Its so lucky that we found each other. No one else would have the will to bring it back. Its soooo rough, but I can see something I like in it. A full naked scoot, frame restore build. This Minarelli isnt done yet. I feel confident I can get this titled in my state.

The good thing about the missing panels is that it is easier to work on.
