Dude check out the bad ass cases on eBay .... Search (stage6) and you will find them ...like wow if I had the cash id get them Yes you can use it with rear facing carb. I have another CVT cover that you see on my Aerox motor but I don't know if it will fit your motor. It will fit the Zuma (sorta) with a few of the mounting holes not lining up. It does work though and the kick starter works as well. |

Mmm that's odd I thought Zuma and aerox are the same like cvt and gear wise ?? For the most part they are. But the cvt on the Aerox is the same as the prebug cvt. They are just slightly different. On the Aerox we can also change both the primary AND secondary gears. Haha, I don't know why I was thinking that you were mounting the cover on the motor you have now.. You need one for your Aerox motor. I got ya. Anyway, I have another exactly like in my pictures or I can get you links to a few more tomorrow. I'm dead tired. |

If you could measure and tell me the distance between the two holes that go on the crank case and the distance between the hole from the crank case to the exhaust side then I will be able to tell if it fits or not. Aerox and Zuma are big Scooters so not sure if it fits a Jog. Sorry Tsimi, I didn't see this earlier. The distance on the piece is roughly 9.5 mm between holes (center to center). You could always make a plate something similar to this so that you can put the holes wherever you need them. I believe that I will have to do the same for mine.  |

spaz12As I thought it doesn't fit. It is way too large in width. The space of my Jog is around 20cm from exhaust bolt to the other sides crank case hole. And on the crank case side, the holes are 10.2cm apart. I might take one of these and just paint it.

You can make your fender look like carbon fiber by sanding and prepping it. Then apply a black base coat and let it dry. Get some fiberglass mesh tape used for drywall repair and carefully apply it to the fender making sure it is firmly attached to the fender. Then apply a coat or 2 of silver paint. Let it dry and peel off the tape. Then apply several coats of clear. Boom!!! Instant faux carbon fiber.

Yes I seen that lol heck if was the whole thing cylinder and all I woulda done jumped on that.!!! But even for the current price it isn't too awful bad for ported disc brake cases ya know.?? And you say you have another fender like that one in pic?? Or am I dreaming  Thanks spaz you da man!!! |
