There's always Jollymoto, which also makes pipes for 2Fast

Yasuni c21 is (probably) where i would start and see if you're happy with the results. Did you do any research yet on power curves from all the different pipes?
I dunno what do you want to go do with the scoot when you're done? Are you in a situation where you have certain needs? Like relativly low torque and broad power for easy street use. Or The highest possible power with a powerband as narrow as a hair for dragracing?
When you don't have those specific needs and just want to blast around it doesn't matter which exhaust you take...you'll never know the differences between the ones that are on the market unless you will dyno different pipes (expensive!).
I would start off with the C21 and if you're really unhappy with the result determine what causes it and ONLY THEN look for another pipe that can eliminate those flaws...or make a frankenyasuni with slighlty altered dimensions which eliminate the flaws.
oh btw. It might be handy to check durations before buying a pipe. I 'think' the TPR86 isn't as highly timed as the 2f4r/MHR/Big Evo/Fabrizi/Cristofolini MXS etc....then those big bore exhausts are less effective and a waste of money.

Ideally I'd like a pipe with good midrange power, but still revs out on the top end. This is not a drag race bike, it will live its life on the street. With the price of these pipes I really need to get it right the first time.

Ive read only but good stories about the c21. Other pipes aren't so widely described and i haven't read that many (good) stories about others.
You might wanna sign up on european scoot forums and ask over there. I know for a fact the large majority of (70-85cc) dragsters and racers over here use the c21. They are so widely used you can buy them 2nd hand for only €50! I once bought one for €30!

The C21 is a wonderful pipe!Classic race dimensions that many other pipe companies have copied..Its not for a midrange cylinder though, must have fairly high exhaust and transfer durations, free flowing intake/carb and ignition curve to match power output..

Thanks Gentlemen
I'll more then likely stick with the C21 plan. I've never read a bad commit about it. I just wasn't sure if was still a good option for the bigger cc stuff.

Thanks Gentlemen I'll more then likely stick with the C21 plan. I've never read a bad commit about it. I just wasn't sure if was still a good option for the bigger cc stuff. I think 86cc is the upper limit for the c21. Just like the fact you can use 70cc pipes on a 50cc and vice versa. You could also use the 90cc+ stuff but they are real hyperracing 14k rpm pipes which your TPR 'probably' isn't gonna like (unless you do some porting ofcourse). This is all speculation from my part but they are things i would keep in mind and take with you when selecting a pipe.

I talked to another guy who has experience with TPR 86 and he says the C21 is to small. He recommended the C30 or the bidalot 80cc pipe witch I can't find. Top performance makes a pipe for there 77/86cc kits so I might try and track one of those down.

The Malossi pipe I have is listed for their 77/86 cylinders. I have measurements posted on here. If you knew the cylinder specs of your 86 we could see if it would work for you. I think that cylinder is fairly low rpm 11.8k is what I saw posted on a YouTube video
When you get your motor built you can try this pipe if you want. Send it back when your done. See if it would work out. Before you buy one

Or just upscale the dimensions of the c16 somewhat. Making a pipe is a lot of work but with the small 2stroke scoot market over there its a very decent alternative to buying (and hoping for the best) an excisting pipe.
