Not much to report on the scoots lately, been super busy working on the mini and my new house. I got the ecu tuned, removed a restriction in the turbo piping, and put a big Intercooler on it. Thing rips now. As for the house, that’s been in the works for over a year now. It’s finally done and we’re moved in. It turned out incredible.   |

Winter is in full effect here now, so it’s time to make this thing faster. Any suggestions for a new build? 2fast, roost, TCR or something from HK scooter performance?? Or is there a new player out now? I’m not going to change the crank so it’ll have work with a 90/44mm crank

Send your cylinder to Alfio Van Der Muir. He is the resident R/t95 CC porting Guru. He loves these cylinders. Also the R&D Italy pipe was recommended by him as the highest HP tested pipe he has seen and it was substantially more powerful. That was a year ago though.
Unless you wanna do crank stuff I think your at the biggest displacement you can get to.
I know the 2 fast 100 is the new big thing out there

I bet even just getting a R&D Italy pipe would really wake the beast up.

It’s just seems so risky to me to spend that kind of money on a pipe that may or may not make difference. Do you have a link to that guys shop that you were talking about? |

Two words... Hendrik Keller. Ask him what he would do with the 44/90. He seems to really like the 2fast stuff. A 2fast 94 tuned by him is at the top of my list as of now. But if that other dude pito is taliking about can make 38hp with my R/T that’s definitely an option |

This is what he said to me about exhausts for the RT95 "found 28.5hp with the rt70kit and 39hp with the oldest rt95 model the new one i gonna teat it i tested al pipes the rd was the only one with serioues more power tested jolly moto roost ps tuning custom pipe stage 6 drag exaust stage 6 rt pipe" HK is also no Joke.. he posts some nutty stuff with 70cc cylinders that would put your stock 95cc to shame. He definitely does S6 stuff but it's an old cylinder at this point, most of the new 2fast stuff puts out better numbers. Most of these guys though you wanna ship them your whole cases and cylinder and let them work their magic.

Is he a dutchman? Van der Muur is a dutch surname. Also check out Monaya racing, BFA motori, Falc Racing and DEA engineering. I think they produce some special minarelli and piaggio parts.
