I miss Ridin in the gravel pits up in Maine, always tons of steep hills and jumps and then the trail to and from were even better!!!!!

I miss my '81 Yamaha XT250 Enduro. It was a great bike. In '88 I got hit from behind at a stop which totaled it and tore out my right knee ligaments which is why I had to get a knee replacement 3 months ago. Same bike Rambo jacked and rode up into the hills in "First Blood". In the film they over-dubbed in the sound of a 2T dirt bike which I thought was funny. His throttle twisting doesn't jibe with the sound track. This ain't mine but it's identical.  |
