used to have a beagle . Sonny. many years ago. lady was walking her dog on sidewalk one morning - Sonny didn't say anything -just walked up and lifted his leg- on her leg - and peed on her - and walked off. rescued him from fenced in lot behind auto/mechanic place of some sort. not a good place for him . pix of cat coming up

the cat finally came around. she belongs to the feral colony over the back fence. she's the only one that's ever come close to me . I've been talking to her for 9 mos. . she's willing to not be bothered by me if I don't bother her. she sleeps in the chairs in the back yard . she's after squirrels every morning . had a kitten a while back - really wild. would leave the area if someone came out. always wanted an airdale.
edit- if you want to see the cat you have to click on the pic to enlarge it- twice
not sure if we can see her at bottom of left hand tree. she looks just like the tree.

Well, recently the aged ? mostly feral female from the back neighbors place has taken to sleeping on our front porch - right next to my window and CRYING late at night- maybe from starvation or the cold . So we bought some cat food -fed her twice - then also her 4-5 mos. old kitten came around and now this morning this handsome guy- here we can see his back here we can see his back and tail- and her tail here we can see he's no dummy, he's using the planter for leverage- here she is , and rest assured he is there too; just out of sight behind the wall they've moved - here he is trying to get a good grip on the back of her neck here he is , taking a well deserved rest in the shade . he must not be a smoker. here he is , still resting up for his next assault , while she massages the back of her neck on the chair and finally , here she is taking advantage of what is undoubtedly going to be only a brief respite , to enjoy a bit of rolling around before you know who comes around knocking on her door- again I guess I should have known there would still be other mouths to feed after the neighbors in the back got kicked out after almost 20 yrs of a whole colony of feral cats.
