Picked up a complete not running 2004 Kymco Zx50 , and a 1980 honda CT70 Mini Trail Frame.. Just Started mock-up. Once mock up is done I will be Tearing engine down to rebuild with 72cc-90cc kit. Not 100% what Yet.. I plan to make it another Hard Tail setup..  |

Looks weird seeing the cylinder in the wrong place on the CT70. I rebuild a C70 last year. Looks like a fun project. Should come out looking pretty damn cool.

Finished up the Front mount & the Hard tail Mount..made up a seat pan. Made up a set of Custom H-Bars. Cut front springs to lower shocks. Cut/ modded Stock exhaust. Made set of Foot pegs.. Also made up a Quick "First draft" Under Cowl to Take up the space where the Engine should be...lol..  |

2nd Draft on under cowl.. Hard to see but made rear fender also.. I think I will call this Build a Honda CT-70 Raptor...  |

Pretty sweet...I always design the rear fender keeping in mind what if someone falls off the back while the bike is in motion. Probably not a concern with your build.
