No idea on the make. There are so many clones out there. It looks like it's in very good shape for a $200 scoot, at least cosmetically. I think it has a 2T, but it's really hard to tell with such small/dark pics. If it has the engine I think, it's basically like my Triton with a different front fairing and cooler wheels.
If you end up getting it and it turns out to be more trouble than it's worth, lemme know if you wanna sell off the wheels. I'd bet you could part the thing out for a profit worst case scenario, unless the pics are decieving.

Hmm, tinkering can be many things, LOL. Looks ok for $200 though, like Brent said. Offer $150.

I think its a 2T. If you look close in the pic, it looks to me to have a 2T silencer above the pipe?
Of course that dosnt promise it to be a 2T either, people do weird things to scooters....

looks just like my diamo. They do brag about how there wheels are color matched and the rack on the back is exactly the same. My guess is a diamo velocity.
