Will a 49cc scooter wiring harness work on a 49cc mini chopper

 It's not going to be plug and play, pretty much for certain. Most of the mini choppers that I've seen are either a small piston-port 2T with a magneto (really don't require much wiring for the engine) or they use the pitbike style of engine. Components will be different on either vs the popular scoots and even if they had the same components, the locations would likely be different. I'd guess with the amount of effort in most cases it may actually be just as easy to buy a bunch of wire and connectors and make your own harness. |
