i got an oko 21mm from ebay, for $32 it seemed worth a shot.. the carb is claimed to be from a 2t min atv new take off and it is missing the cable guide at the top of the carb.. not sure about about the take off thing as i am not sure oko's came on oem stuff. i will be looking to collect the parts to get it installed on my triton r4.. should i be looking for an angled cable guide or is just 0 degree ok and would a dellorto 90 degree guide fit? i am looking at 1 cable guide 2 throttle cable 3 intake manifold 4 advise on jetting

Yes, the threads for the cable guide are the same dimensions as the delly's. Fraid I can't help with the rest.

I don't think the OKO will fit the stock manifold, so you'll probably pay more for a manifold than you paid for the carb. You can get the Chinese or Taiwanese metal intakes that are something like 28-30mm fairly cheap. I think I paid $50-60 for my Polini that accepts up to 25mm Dellos.
You could probably make your stock throttle cable work with some effort. Not completely sure though.
Dunno what to tell you on jetting for an OKO either.
Sorry, just don't have experience with an OKO in recent years.

What jet do you have in your OKO at the moment?

it's in the mail, so i am not sure what the jetting is, i hope the add was correct and the slide and needle are for a 2t. i could not find a size chart on the oko's but as stated i doubt the intake side is 35mm. treatland has the dellorto cable guide and a set of main jets, usually not to many pilot jets are needed.

The bigger (24 and 28mm) OKO's have a 32mm outlet, but can be squeezed into a 30. I'm not sure if the 21mm's are the same.

Oh, and the cable guide on top is swedged into the top of the carb. It's about at a 45 degree angle.

Same intake I have. I have a 22mm, and it fits fine if you tighten it down far enough. So with your 21 you'll need to tighten it even further.

r'dog this one had the vertical type cable guide not the angled guide. the oem carb cable is real close to the seat tub, uses an angled guide and i expect the oko is taller than the oem unit. i might have to cut a corner out of the tub..it should be in the mail tomorrow, then all will be revealed.

is the stock swagged oko angle cable guide fixed facing to the rear? if it is, doesn't that make routing the cable a pain, especially with the seat tub in the way?
