Way better last time. They fucked up a lot! Actually stopped in the middle of a song because they botched it so bad. And Maynard sounded like he wasn't even trying. The security guards were blocking a lot of the show by trying to blind people with their flashlights that were taking pictures and coming into the crowd to threaten them. I understand it's their jobs. I really wish people would have some consideration for others and just stop doing what they're told not to do so it doesn't ruin everyone's night. I got scolded for the picture I took, right at the beginning. I didn't take anymore. It was simple. I think what they told me about sobriety came true. That the things you used to do that you loved wouldn't be as great. I couldn't get into it. I never got that feeling in my body, the emotion was no where to be found. I didn't cry, didn't even choke up a bit (I usually do at tool or nine inch nails, I've spent a lot of my life with them) . The only emotion I had was disappointment. Not sure if it was from the show or myself. Just blah. I've come to the conclusion that I'm not going to pay extravagant amounts for a ticket ever again. I paid close to nothing to see Halestorm, enjoyed the show, and got to meet, get signatures, and pictures with the band afterward. I was trying to find the silver lining in last night. The only things that keeps me calm are that Primus and 3 teeth were pretty cool, and I had scored 2 free tickets that I helped a friend out by selling them to him for face value prices, which brought mine down to face value. Oh well. I'm going to see Killswitch in April. 30 bucks and here in Asheville. No worries on that one!

killswitch engage....BEST BAND EVER! Seen them live a year ago in Eindhoven. Too bad Howard Jones left, he is a better singer than Jesse Leach i think. Really looking forward to their new album though!
