It's all 139qmb stuff. The frame is a Sunny or something or other, the fairing plastics are from a Schwinn Campus. I made the Schwinn handlebars mount too as I wanted the traditional motorcycle style brackets so I can swap them easily if I desire. The engine bottom end is from my Tao Tao atm 50. The top end is a 60cc kit I was given. I'm using the Schwinn carb and engine electricals. Have rewired the rest from scratch. I want to.figure out how to leave the rear half relatively naked and not use a seat bucket. Kind of Ruckus style.

It rides! Blasted it up and down the street a bit tonight. No muffler right now so didn't want to harass the neighbors too much.

Rode her to work. Whoot. My son followed on the Tao Tao. He couldn't keep up. Gonna have to pull my phone out and get some GPS numbers.

This is where I am now. Got the seat securely mounted, managed a bit of storage. The engine mount is flipped to lower the bike so the bucket doesn't fit stock anymore, I cut it down for sake of storage but have those two struts holding everything.
Made some crash bars and a front rack from a shopping cart.
Got the Schwinn floorboard in there.
Made a little sissy bar sort of thing so my girlfriend doesn't feel like she's going to fall off.

I want to find some cheap LED lamps I can line the crash bars with.
I'm going for Quadrophenia meets Road Warrior on this bike.
MOD MAX!!!

What are the meetiest tires one can run on the short 139qmb without having to use spacers and such? A slightly chunkier look on the shoes would be nice.

That front rack is definitely unique! I kinda dig it.

This is a fun project. So far the only thing on the bike that hasn't come from a junk pile are the fuel filter and some fasteners. It's keeping me in the two wheel game while I save money for my Vespa engine.

Don't know if I want to get that much work into it. At least not until I break down and buy myself another welder. I do suppose one could just use a longer bolt and spacers, keep an eye on everything for cracks...... Did the shock relocation cause any noticeable handling changes? Did you go straight from the 90 to the 120? Looking at the chart you posted the 110 looks promising as its outside diameter isn't much larger.

I didn't really notice a difference with the shock relocation. I went from 3.50x10 to the 120/90-10. At that time, upgears were not so readily available as they are now, so I was trying to help out my speed/RPM somehow.
