Rule the streets again? Ha! The turbocharged, nitro burning 4T's will once again rule as they have always done. You can take 3 hp and turn it into 5 hp! Forget those 2T's with 15 HP that sound like chain saws and weed wackers. The best 50cc machine in the world is a Chinese 4T scooter. It is not fast, nor is it dependable but, it is cheap and I own one.
