I was up to 275lbs. Not all fat but I ate everything that tasted good. Starting working a lot and now I'm down to 235. I do the cooking now cause I'm trying to maintain my gut. But I'm really into crock pot meatballs off of a YouTube video. And chicken adobo. You would think my scooter would be faster with the 40 extra pounds gone....

I have been experimenting with pressure cooker recipes. I made a huge pot of chicken corn soup in 20 minutes. It tasted like it had been simmering all day on the stove just like Grandma used to make.

Dammit, I always forget about my crock pot! I think I'll be making ham and potato soup during the next few ridiculously cold days!

I'm planning on making a pot roast or swiss steak in the crock pot tomorrow night. Pork roasts and ribs come out nice in there as well with little effort. I've tried noodle dishes in it before, but I'm more used to cooking the noodles and making my own sauce and such on the stovetop.

Pot roast comes out awesome in the pressure cooker also. One pot meal and easy clean up. Done in about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Ambrosia is said to be the food of gods. But I know it's bacon. I've never tried it on ice cream but I'm sure it would be tasty.
