This guy carjacked some people with another guy a few days ago and has been running from the cops ever since. The other guy shot himself in the head after barricading himself in a house and stabbing the 3 men inside and died later in the hospital. The 3 men survived there injuries. Shortly after 3PM today some undercover LAPD spotted him and he ran. He tried to lose them by driving the wrong way on the shoulder of the 5 freeway in Sun Valley which is near Burbank. He got into a collision almost immediately and then ran on foot. That's when LAPD shot him in the back an eyewitness told reporters. He survived and is now in a jail ward in critical. They were clearly instructed that this guy was not to be allowed to escape. You wanna act the fool the LAPD are gonna break you off.

They shut down the freeway in both directions. It's 8PM now and there are still folks sitting on the freeway in their cars.

I never figured out why they were kicking the victim in the head at about 3:10 into the Brazilian vid.

As far as the LA incident, I figure shoot them 'any which way you can'... I also wish they would have been more accurate with their shooting. They say the dude is still alive. He should be dead.
