Have been using only kick start for awhile as starter doesn't do well in cold weather but now it won't turn over with electric start at all. Keeps making a clicking sound under the seat area. I think my battery is good, lights and everything else works fine. Not sure what to check next

The clicking is the starter relay. It's clicking because the battery isn't charged enough. If using the kicker a lot then make sure to service it often because they're not strong and the case will break. Servicing it helps take away any added stresses that would be there with gummed up grease and dirt.

I literally just had to put a new belt cover on today, was trying to get the starter fixed bc I'm having trouble getting it to start, as my other post says, so kicking it a bunch I had broke the case cover. I've figured there was a relay or solenoid, that that might be the issue. I have a couple spare batteries from previous bikes I bought for parts. They are all dead though, didn't want to go buy a new battery if it wasn't the issue

Could be weak battery like spaz said. Could also be that one of the wires on the battery is loose. Could be one of the wires on the relay is loose. Could be the relay is faulty. Could be the wire connection on the starter is loose. Make sure all connections at battery, relay and the starter are tight and then take a wrench or screwdriver and touch it to the two main poles on the relay at the same time. If the battery is good the starter should turn with the relay poles bridged even with the key off. If the battery is good and the starter doesn't turn then maybe the starter is bad. The battery should read 12.4VDC or higher with the engine off. 13.5-14.5 with the engine revving.

I'll have to try tmrw to jump the relay. If the relay is bad will it still make the starter go? How do you tell if the relay is bad?

Borrowed a battery charger, brought battery in as its 0 degrees today. Says the battery was fully charged. Forgot about checking the relay before taking the battery out. Haven't been able to do much with this super cold weather

As Fox said I would make sure wire connection at starter is not loose first before you you try and jump the relays. That way you'll know for sure if its the starter relay.

So I'm able to jump the relay with a screwdriver and turn scoot over and even got it running now, my killswitch isn't working whick I believe is causing the starter button to not work either. Going to do a complete once over on her when the weather is a bit warmer and no snow, checking all connections
