I built an auto executing power point one time and named the file "interesting pictures". If you opened the file it would alternate flashing like a police siren between two bright colors in very large font on your computer screen, and had a super loud siren sound effect that alternated between a buzzer, and a voice file that said "HEY, IM WATCHING PORN" Through your computer speakers. The same words would appear on your screen. It was seriously annoying. I emailed it to everyone in the office. Luckly my boss thought it was hilarious. The only way to stop it was to press escape. Most people just panicked and one guy actually unplugged his pc to get it to stop. I'll have to dig it out again. It's been a few years.
