They look fun, but the only number I can find on cost is $50,000. That's about the combined price of a new Mustang GT and a new Honda CBR1000RR for a bumper car with a 750cc engine.

Usually all those tiny engine-swapped go-carts can only spin in circles while their poor tires scream for mercy.

Seems like it'd be cooler if the tires were inside the body so you really could bump them around. Bumper cars on steroids!
