I've ordered twice from this store now, with the same results both times. Figured I'd tell others.



1st order was for a Mikuni fuel pump and a glass fuel filter.

-The order stood in 'processing' over 3 weeks. When contacted, I was told that the fuel pump I ordered was OOS and would need to be reordered and restocked, and then it would ship. This was said to take 'a week or so at the most' according to their Chat CS.

-A week AFTER the date quoted by their CS, I had seen the status of my order went from 'processing' to 'partially shipped'. I didn't know they HAD this ability; if they were willing to partially ship, why did I wait the 5-weeks to begin with for the fuel filter?

-I go to track the package, and it doesn't work. Seems the formatting of the 'tracking number' doesn't belong to USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL, etc. so I'm forced to call again; I was told they had REMOVED the fuel pump from my order, and shipped just the filter.

-I called to speak to someone at this point (previous conversation had been done via the chat feature on their website) and I actually get in touch with the same rep (probably small-staffed) who spent most of the call splitting hairs about what he had said in chat about the dates/time frame of restocking. A bunch of 'it's not my fault' and 'what I said exactly was' rather than even an apology for the delay.

-I finally received JUST the filter (least important of the parts) for a mediocre price, almost 2 months after ordering it. And the 'good deal' part that originally got me to go to the site, I never received.



Then earlier this month I ordered a Kenda 130/70/10 for a fatty I'm working on...

Ordered - 3/4/11
Estimated Delivery - 3/10/11
Tracking Number - Seems legitimate but does not bring up ANY tracking information; just like the last order.

Actual Shipping Date 3/11/11
UPS Estimated Delivery - 3/15/11
Tracking Number - Now actually tracks the package.



Once I realized I had ordered from the same store twice; it was worth it to me to make a quick post to let others know what to expect out of this establishment.

Save yourself the BS of almost GUARANTEED extra wait time to even begin your ship order with these failures-of-business.

Instead pay the extra $1.02 you 'save' after shipping and get it on time from a reputable seller.

I second that. I ordered a tuned pipe for my TGB Laser last october and since they have free shipping on orders over $100 I figured that I had to do it. Also they claimed same day shipping on orders placed my noon. Apparently, free shipping means that it's handled by snails and same day shipping is only for people who pay for shipping. 3 weeks later I got my pipe.

By the time i got the pipe I wished that I had just bought it from someone else.

I have had exactly the opposite experience. I've ordered from Motorcycle Superstore a lot. I get all of my tires there, unless I can't find an odd size in stock there or something. I ordered a set of bars there. Ordered fitler oil and bar pad another time. I've ordered gear there a couple of times. So far I've never had an order take over a week. I always use the free shipping when available.

They have a status of the item that will tell you if it's available and estimate time to ship. They've been right on that for me. Delivery times could be affected by your location relative to them.

That sucks you had a bad experience with them tehchease. The thing that i cant get tho, is why you would go back and place another order after such a crappy deal the first time?

Honestly, I had just gone to Yahoo Shopping and they were the cheapest one. They are located in TX (I'm in MO, so you'd figure shipping would be prompt). And the price difference after shipping was ~$5 (on a $30 tire). I didn't even realize it was the same company until the checkout page. After checking the prices against other sites, I thought I'd give them another go. After all, the fuel pump I had try to buy from them for $20 regularly sells for $35+ and other than my experience I'd heard nothing but good... too bad...

Vert; The tire was supposedly in-stock, and their estimated shipping date was listed as the 10th on the side (with a tracking number that didn't work) followed by getting an e-mail on the 11th with the new date of the 15th.

I had a good experience with riding gear, a $150 clearance priced at $45 for a jacket that went for $99 cheapest on ebay. Came within a weak, exchanged for a different size just as quickly. Also gloves and helmet from there, quality was good. Sorry your experience was so bad. :/

I bought some new Boppers from them this winter; had them within a week and a half.

the only issues i have ever had with these guys is if you leave a less then favorable review of a product they delete it

i ordered tires that in there pics were raised white letter tires and no where does it say just for display or blackwall only
took almost 2 weeks for them to get back and say black wall only in an email
i asked them to add black wall only and they didnt
when i posted my product review and said i was disapointed as i was expecting raised white letter tires it was up for a day or 2 then deleted i put the review up 6 times and it kept getting deleted

I have ordered multiple times from them and its always been pretty good. I have always ordered just gear and motorcycle parts, but not scooter stuff.

I tried to order from them. I wanted a Gates 788-17-28 belt. But there website design sucks and they don't tell you the size of the belt. So I e-mailed them asking and they responded that the only sell Harley belts no scooter belts even though they have them listed on there website. So I have no plans on ordering anything from them might end up with some random harley part if I do. LOL

I had a very pleasant experience with MC super store. Bought a pipe. didnt fit bike. Even though I opened the plastic and the pipe was technically 'installed' -- I just hung it and saw it wouldnt work ---
they refunded my money. I think someone else had it before me though, cuz the restrictor cone was obviously popped out using a big screw driver or something like that. But still, no probs on the return.
I wish they had more scoot stuff with service like that.

Wow! Had I known of your experience, I probably would never have ordered from them. I actually had a great ordering experience with them. I first ordered a helmet. I called them to ask about sizing and they gave me some guidelines. They were spot on for the size they suggest I order. It arrived about 5 days after I ordered it. I got the purchase confirmation email that had a 10% off my next order. So I ordered a very nice ladies bike jacket. It was on sale for $140 (Retail $219). They honored the discount and it arrived 5 days later. So I tried my luck again. Ordered gloves. Used the 10% coupon from the jacket order receipt. Got the gloves on sale with the discount and received them 5 days later. It was a GREAT experience overall. I WILL order from them again in the future. Hope you have better luck with whoever you order from next.

I bought pirelli SL-26 tire from them. It is an oddball size I put on a custom wheel. I year old on scoot for 6 months 3000Khm

4 months later I see cracks starting Dry rot type cracks. They want me to send them back at my cost and then will let me know if they will warranty them.
