Well you can see how aggressive the rider's gestures were when he got up from being plowed off of his bike. Crazy how the officer got so angry about the part of the job that Camaro was meant for and probably why he wanted to be a cop long ago... unless he really just yearned to straight leg citizens like a Hulkamaniac with a buzz cut.

Damn! That cop had to be a Cali transplant. And he definitely needs to lay off the Starbucks and Dutch Bros. That calls for termination of duty indefinitely.

Kicking someone in the chest like that can kill them. It does not seem like ANY lives matter anymore. It does not excuse anyone from driving in a manner that can kill or injure others though.

No matter how fast or wrong a bike/car drives when he intents to stop and gives up there is no need for force like that. No matter if you had a bad day, a divorce or other private issues that has nothing to do with the bike driver. Some seem to agree with the cops behavior, those people have some serious law interpretation issues. The comment released by the cops superiors after the courts decision tops it and shows how stupid actually those people are. They try to stand behind their own no matter what and that is wrong in this case. Admit your mistake, apologize and close the case.
EDIT: Just read that THAT moron of a cop got promoted and is in charge of something now. FAIL! What we learn from it? Do something wrong and you get a candy. Do something right and you get a kick in the a$$.
