Yup. Got that in honor of her finally running again. Petcock was clogging, cleared that. Wouldn't run without choke. Finally figured out that the idle/slow jet was clogged, cleared that problem right up. It's a first kick start now. Seems to be running quite solid. Got the kinks worked out of the shifter and clutch for the most part. First gear is sloppy as hell, have to hold it in gear. Second feels good. Not sure I ever found third, didn't get it fast enough to justify third. Gotta get the lights working so I can get it on the road for more shakedown time. The little bit on the brake lever that engages the brake light switch is broken off. I think I can drill a hole and bolt a fender washer in there to deal with that.

Shifter still needs to be adjusted more.... First gear puts the clutch lever pointing almost backwards, third is about where it should be. Still too much slack in those cables.
Sort of have lights? My brake light blew out while on a test ride.
Put a set of new whitewalls on it, the old tires were quite dry rotted.
Fixed the brake light switch.

PICS PICS PICS!! lol Would love to see more of this scoot! I have my p200 torn down- going nice and slow with the rebuild. So many teeny tiny little parts on these things. Just trying to get it right the first time!

I'm worthless on taking pics... It's like, I did this, time to ride! I did take a picture of how I fixed my brake light circuit. The bit of metal on the brake pedal that is supposed to depress the switch was broken.
