I bought a yamaha zuma last year with 350miles. First i worked the 49cc jug, added athena pipe, then some yellow clutch springs+ light weights. 47+ ok. Then i bought another Zuma 08 that a guy wanted to sell cause he rides no more or some such. It supposedly had 70cc, full circle crank++ for 1,000 kool went out there 2hrs later i test rode pretty quick but would break up. Took a chance & brought it home. Drained the bad gas cleaned carb, tuned it in & the thing rips 65+. I couldn't believe my luck! All the speed i want with verry little work but now it is officially a project. Should look like this when finished: Athena hyper race 70cc, Athena full circle crank, Athena racing exhaust raw/carbon silencer, dell`orto 19mm PHBG carb, derestricted intake manifold, 101octane reed block/block spacer, stock airbox/UNI filter, Top Racing comp variator -24g, Artek k1 dcs fixed pulley, stock belt, Polini 3g for race clutch, Naraku 1000rpm torque spring, Naraku v.2 cnc bell, Athena final gears -74mph, drilled & hacked cvt case, Stage6 kickstart, rear tail mod, led lighting & turn signals, halogen 45/45w, Malossi sr3 rear shock/stage6 riser, turbo fan/air scoop, tucked sidestand ....blah..

just get a s6 r1400 and mk1. that and a 24-28mm carb and it will make 20 hp at 12000rpm. you probly have the mk2 cylinder now. there is not really anything widely avaible between the two cylinders.

Hey thanks lucas, i have no pics of my cylinder kit as it and a full circle crank were installed by previous owner. Bit i have the original parts that came out. Pretty good proof so i took a chance and bought. Athena hyper race is a single ring high revving cylinder with a bridged exhaust port... I checked the net and cant find pics of the ports and skirt

They are the same cylinder as the Stage 6 Racing and the Metrakit SP3 i've got! They're super quality!

Nope. As a matter of fact most, or many, of your pictures bring me to the postimage.org sign up page. Or something like that.
