Stupid Carb screws that hold the plate that covers the jets and bowls are completely ruined and I can't replace my jets. I'm real frustrated. What can I do to remove them :bfg:

Have you tried with a good set of channel locks? That has worked for me in the past. If not then maybe cut a slot in them and use a flat head screw driver. If that doesnt work then you can always weld another bolt on to the head of the screws and turn them out with a wrench. You would have to get new screws but it sounds like you have to already.

Two options:
1) You can use a hacksaw blade to cut slots in the screw heads and then use a flat screwdriver to remove them. Then replace them with new ones. You should be able to match them up at a hardware store.
2) You can get a Dremel moto tool and grind the heads off the screws and then replace the screws.
Those screws don't need to be tightened super tight. Regular tight is tight enough and always use a new screwdriver that isn't worn on those screws so you don't strip the heads. I have a Phillips that is strictly for carb bowl screws.

You could drill the heads off the screws too. Then get the rest out (should be loose at this point) with a pair of c-locks or pliars

I used needle nose vice grips then replaced the screws with some stainless steel allen head bolts. 4mmx.7x14mm is the size.

I used the hacksaw method with an impact screwdriver ( about 3 good hammer smacks on the impact tool lossened em up ). Replaced at hardware store. Replacement screws I could find were slightly longer than original but worked fine.
