Ordered a Next R pipe and some gaskets from racing-planet.de before Xmas, customer service was excellent and my order was shipped within 12 hours!
Unfortunately DHL really dropped the ball with shipping, 8-12 day express shipping took over a month and a half to get here! Racing Planet were really good about it and did all they could to try and track it down and were on the verge of resending my order when it finally arrived in NZ.
It sounds like my DHL experience is the exception rather than the rule though, so I would have no hesitation at all ordering from them again in future, in fact I'll most likely be ordering a Malossi sport kit from them.

I took about 3 weeks for my NextR Chrome to get here from scooter-attack this December I didn't choose DHL though. did you get chrome or regular? I love the price it was cheaper shipped then Racing Planet or Scooterpartsco or anyone else even offers non chrome for before shipping.

Dissing DSL eh? How about me returning a $320 tablet computer to the vendor via Priority Mail with the USPS. Stupidly I did not buy insurance. The window clerk assured me it would be in New Jersey on Monday after being mailed from SW Arkansas on Friday. Three weeks later it finally showed up in NJ and I subsequently received my PP credit. Whew.

I got the regular finish, I plan on getting it ceramic milspec coated through work though.
I looked at Scooter-Attack, but after shipping to New Zealand it worked out about NZ$75/US$50 more expensive than R-P! My total R-P (pipe, exhaust gasket & head gasket) order came to €100.28 shipped, the same pipe from S-A with no gaskets would be €149.25 shipped to New Zealand.

Order was complete and well packed.

Today I wanted to place my first order at their shop but I was not able to complete the order because I am getting a PayPal payment error message.
It says something like this:
"Bei der Zahlung mit PayPal ist ein Fehler aufgetreten!:
Shipping Address State Empty"
So it tells me that PayPal cannot verify the state because there is no state information getting past on. I have build many online stores in the past since that was part of my Job and I know how the PayPal payment system works and what data needs to be transfered from the shop to PP, well that is what I tried to explain to them but they said that it is not possible to have different billing and shipping addresses so I tried it with the exact same address and it still doesn't work.
So long story short, good product prices, unbeatable shipping prices BUT bad online shop system. So unless you pay by credit card forget about that shop.

Raizer You see that's the funny part I have no state input field. I can see a street, city and country input field. Without the state input field PayPal will complain and put out that error. I tried to use my city name I tried to use my state name, same addresses different addresses always the same error message. So they just lost a 200 Euro sale because of that. I am not so fond of scootertuning.ca but they changed their shipping prices and still have a very good selection of stuff so I ordered the pipe there and finally got the same price as if I would order at racing planet.

Just had a look at my account on to, you're right there's no state in the address details, it's Aliexpress where I've "North Island" in the state box.
Don't have state in my PayPal either though.

The PayPal address shouldn't matter. When a shop is setup correctly then you should be able to pay even if you use a different address for PayPal. Unless they setup their shop in a way that it checks if the address from the store is same as the one at PayPal. And then again there is no state input field so no state info can be inserted. I am not sure how many orders they get paid via PayPal but I don't think there are many.
I never had problems at other scooter stores like scooter-attack, scootertuning.ca or treatland.tv
Too bad, I actually liked their stores selection and shipping prices.

Placed my latest RP order at about 4:45pm NZ time (no idea what that is in Germany), went just as easy as any other time. 10:15pm I got an email from them, just over 5 hours after I placed the order it's already been sent and DHL tracking shows the package has been picked up.
So yeah once again I'm very impressed with Racing-Planet.de.
