Mike can be a little cantankerous but I don't think he's all bad. I've had good and bad experiences and he as much as called ME a liar at one point...I think he just doesn't handle stress too well and he's probably busy as a dog with two, well, you know...

Didn't they hire a couple Lady's to answer the phones to avoid this??? I think the main problem is advertising products on-line without having them in stock. You can estimate delivery times from the site but, if it's not in stock you can wait a very long time indeed even after you've been charged. Just my $.02

ok i finally got al most all my parts from slowtertronics!! now they tell me that the rear 2.5 x 12 inch drum brake rim that i ordered they don't have and can't get !! great this was the only reason i ordered from them to begin with !! they have to be THE SH@TTIEST site on the web!! i told them if you dont carry what you advertise you need to close the internet site out of sheer incompetence!!
