katastroff: I bought this scooter used, but i think that not have kill switch. also if i test i get spark. If some connection has been lose that i get no spark? or it is possible that i get spark even lose connection? scott7: Under my post is photo how is set up camshaft and flywhell. Also there is photo where other pipe from intake goes. It goes into some small box. that box is also connected to cover of valves. @90gtvert: I can fell if i turn by hand that make resistance then this resistance goes away and over and over. Also on this video i try to start from car battery (car has been turn on and tell me that acc has 14V) so there i think is no problem? or it must turn faster? Also i attach photo of toil under flywhell, i noticed that can be mounted this way or other way around? It is instaled correctly? I also notice that if i try to start up via starter then i fell on spark plug hole that try to push my finger away. but not if i turn fly whell by hand. Also if i took out spark plug and turn flywhell is preaty hard to turn (no difference if spark plug is in or out) also i attached video of this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rx21Y8MtGCM

There should be a big difference in the feel between plug in and out rotating the engine. I notice in the last picture of your stator and crank that it appears you have no woodruff key installed on the crank. You should notice a slot in the crank and one in the flywheel. A metal piece fits in both and keeps the flywheel properly positioned on the crank. Without that your timing could be way off regardless of what the marks on the flywheel and cam show. Could have bent valves or ignition timing way off or both.

I have this metal piece, but when i was making photo has not been instaled. I have instal before try to start.
it can be reason for hard rotating the flywheel when the spark plug is out, somehow wrong instaled piston rings?

If anything were that far out of whack with the piston rings, you should have noticed it on install. If anything were causing that kind of resistance, you'd have a hard time getting the cylinder over the piston.
