 Guy at work mentioned something about red bull giving away money or red bull due to a claim filed about them. That red bull didn't give them actual wings. Anyway,on the net like always. Googling who knows what. Said f it. Look it up. And sure enough. I think it was either $10 or a free 4 pack if you've ever purchased red bull In the past. I chose free red bull. Well that was over a year ago. But, it finally came today. Good thing I filed for the whole household! |

From what I read. I'm pretty sure red bull set aside so much money for the claim or dispute. That if you've ever tried the product. You were intitled to the claim. I filed a claim for my girlfriend, her mom and I. So I might be getting more free red bull in the mail. Don't know yet. Anyway I just went grocery shopping yesterday. And they were selling a four pack for $11. Which is upsurd. I'm currently cutting my mid section down on a diet. I'm taking a fat burner with supposedly "thermogenic"properties in it. Yeah right.... It's just caffeine and vitamins, tree bark, etc. but these pills are 60 for under $20. There so potent. You only need one a day. Anything more than that and it's really noticeable. We gave one to a guy at work who likes his energy drinks from time to time. Who's also a smoker. He almost thought he had a heart attack.  . Anyway I pretty much stopped wasting my money on monsters, red bulls, and chernobly a long time ago. They were adding up. |

Not so much any more... Long ago the "thermogenic" pills actually still had the good stuff in 'em! Mens Health Magazine actually gave the three ingredients for a "thermogenic 'stack'" Caffeine, aspirin, and ephedrin. The caffeine and aspirin are easy enough to obtain- nowadays ephedrine (the secret sauce) is available in absurdly small amounts for an absurdly high price at some gas stations. You'll probably have to sign a "log" at purchase... Those are the 3 ingredients for the stack though. It's been a long time since I've had true thermogenics that'll have your body temp soaring and heart palpatatin'! |

I thought you lifted...Niz. Yeah I was 275lbs pretty wide. Too much of it gut. But I obtained it by eating everything and just lifting real heavy. Anyway I was sweating so much at work I started to lose a lot of water weight. I'm down to 235 now. Which feels hella small to me. So I got a crunch bench for Christmas and started taking fat burners. The only ones that actually feel like there doing something for me are made by max muscle. Called Lipo red. I'm taking Lipo 6 now. Just caffeine. Doesn't have any good ingredients in it like ephedrine. But they do have quality caffeine in them. Now that I got a little definition in my mid section I'll probably head back up where the strength was. But yeah I just ordered some actual steroid pills yesterday. We'll see.
