Sad that the EPA feels they must go after that .1% of vehicles when there are far larger fish to fry.

The EPA likes toget in the way of people having fun. Like FrankenMech said, not too many cars are modified to racing form. Most are stock.
Why should the people of the USA suffer, when most other countries have no controls about pollution!

The epa is not constitutional. The federal government had no powers granted to it in the constitution by the states for the existence or operation of the epa. The states created the government and the government acts like it created the states

Why should the people of the USA suffer, when most other countries have no controls about pollution! Every car on the road here is put through an MOT every year, once it is past three years of age. Part of this is to check the engine emissions are still ok. When I was younger we used to tune our cars and never used to worry, now car forums are full of if I do this will it still pass emissions. The new Euro 4 for motorcycles that came in this year even limits the amount of fuel that can evaporate from the fuel tank! legalisation is slowly killing tuning in all its forms.

I don't really 'Like' it but I agree with the sentiments.
