package coming in today. unfortunately some one complaint to the county and had the county investigate and found nothing. So Im forced to work in literally enough space to park the scoot in the garage. With that being said documentation will be an extra feat so please bare with the clutter when its shown lol thanks

You adjusted the valve lash during the BBK install?
What did you do when you "played around with the carb"? Any jet swaps or just fiddling with screws? Air filter installed?

Air filter installed? adjusted the lash to .004, with the carb i tried the stock Keihin jet and a #90, i messed with mixture screw and i messed with needle position. i tried with air filter and different variations like restricted tube, and with out. timing is on point, there is spark i do have a A9 cam im wondering if i need to be using premium fuel .

It sounds a lot like a vacuum leak.

im wondering if i need to be using premium fuel . If you have high compression, you may need premium... but it shouldn't cause this. There's no reason it shouldn't start and run on 87. Most likely you'd just get spark knock if the fuel octane is insufficient.

Most likely you'd just get spark knock if the fuel octane is insufficient. thats what i feel like is happening I will check for vacuum and change the fuel i feel the compression difference from the stock piston way tighter when i kick it. thanks for all the input. ill keep you guys posted :: crosses fingers ::

also any suggestion on where to get a manual pepcock and translucent fuel lines? If you want to get it locally, go to a small engine/mower shop. I bought my Tygon from McMaster-Carr and manual shutoffs on eBay, but you can get those things lots of places.
